If a family cancels their registration before June 1 they will receive a refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations after June 1 are not eligible for a refund. If a camp session is under-enrolled we will cancel it at least two weeks prior, notify you and issue a full refund.

Two weeks before camp, families will receive an email with session details and a link to our online consent form. This must be submitted before the first day of camp.

Our summer camp is active, social, and mostly outdoors, and we welcome campers with a wide range of strengths, needs, and learning styles. Because of the nature of our program, some parts of camp may be challenging for certain campers, including: • Noisy, fast-paced group activities and transitions • Frequent outdoor play on uneven terrain and in varying weather • Following group instructions and staying with the group • Limited access to quiet spaces or one-on-one support during busy times To help us understand whether camp is a good fit for your child, we ask families to: • Share any relevant learning, behavioral, medical, or sensory information during registration • Let us know strategies that work well for your child at home or school • Tell us if your child typically receives 1:1 support or accommodations in their school setting We make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations that do not change the core nature of camp or create safety concerns. However, we are not able to provide ongoing 1:1 behavioral or personal care support, or medical care beyond basic first aid.
